Aretis is led by three directors carrying decades of combined experience across design, curated making and installation of luxury joinery, supported day-to-day by a team of project managers and a dedicated project coordinator.
Emma is Managing Director of Aretis Bespoke, one of a small number of women leading at the top of the UK's luxury joinery industry. She holds a Level 6 qualification in Site Management, and leads with a simple standard: health, safety and compliance always come first, and no detail is too small to get right. Prior to Aretis, Emma served as Head of Installations at one of the UK's most respected high-end cabinet-making houses, overseeing delivery on some of the industry's most prestigious and technically demanding projects.
Under Emma's leadership, Aretis applies the same rigour used on the finest workshop-built joinery to every project, from initial design and specification through to final snagging and handover, working closely with our curated maker network to keep design intent intact from first sketch to last fix. It's a standard most installation teams simply aren't built to meet.
